Our next fundraiser at the Lonny Wilsoncroft Community Centre will be our Charity Quiz Night on Saturday 18th March. Doors will open at 7pm for a 7.30 start. Teams of upto 6 people. £1.00 per person to enter, with a £30.00 prize for the winning team. There will be further prizes throughout the night. Bar and Refreshments on sale. So if you fancy yourself as a quiz master come along and try your luck! It will be a good night whatever the outcome.

Our next fundraiser is a Jumble Sale which will take place on Saturday 25th February at 3pm until around 4.30pm. All clothes will be 4 items for £1.00, there will also be toys, books, games, bric a brac, electrical items (all pat tested), at very reasonable prices. So if you are looking for a bargain come along and join us on the 25th February - you won't be disappointed!

Just wanted to make local residents aware of a situation my daughter saw on our way home from the Charity Shop on Campion St yesterday. A young woman was seen looking through a dustbin on Stanley Street and removing two bags of rubbish. The resident of the house must have seen something through the window and came out looking very puzzled as to why someone had taken her rubbish away. Last year, we got a message from the Local Neighbourhood Officer, Ray Gibson regarding people who were looking through bins for letters with peoples names and addresses on.
