Just wanted to make local residents aware of a situation my daughter saw on our way home from the Charity Shop on Campion St yesterday. A young woman was seen looking through a dustbin on Stanley Street and removing two bags of rubbish. The resident of the house must have seen something through the window and came out looking very puzzled as to why someone had taken her rubbish away.
