The day started at 10.00am, when the doors of the Lonny Wilsoncroft were opened to the public for our first event using our new big screen and projector. Around 60 people attended the event, along with a reporter and photographer from the Derby Telegraph. We sat down and settled in to watch the big event at 11.00am. April 29th is a day for all our diaries. We will be holding an indoor street party on the day of the Royal Wedding. Proceedings will begin at 10.00am. We will watch the wedding on our big screen, followed by a buffet meal. We will provide the sandwiches, you bring a plate of something to share! There will be a licensed bar and following the buffet there will be a disco, with games and fun for all the family.
