The New Zealand Community Quiz Night, held at the Lonny Wilsoncroft Community Centre, was held last night, and enjoyed by all. Six teams entered the competition to win £50.00 prize money. The winners were The Star Whores team. Well done to them and a big thank you to all who helped make the night a success - Joanne, Reenie, Melissa, Pat, Mu and Fay and especially Samantha who organised the Quiz and did all the hard work putting the quiz together.

April 29th is a day for all our diaries. We will be holding an indoor street party on the day of the Royal Wedding. Proceedings will begin at 10.00am. We will watch the wedding on our big screen, followed by a buffet meal. We will provide the sandwiches, you bring a plate of something to share! There will be a licensed bar and following the buffet there will be a disco, with games and fun for all the family. We will be holding a fancy dress competition for the children, come as one of the wedding party, i.e. bride, groom, bridesmaid, vicar, sweep, mother of the...
