What an evening we had. Music from the likes of Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, Judy Garland, Gene Kelly; Movies such as Oklahoma, the Sound of Music, Meet me in St Louis, Titanic, and Grease. The performers were great re-creating the magic of days gone by, encouraging the audience to join in, particularly little Alfie Pickering, who got up and joined in the singing and dancing to the soundtracks from Grease, and we will not forget VIv Hodgson re-creating the famous scene from Titanic, arms outstretched (just like Kate Winslet). A wonderful night and £121.00 raised for the kitchen fund.
