An excellent event - attended by 65 children and their parents. Lots of fun and games, wonderful costumes. We managed to raise £194.70 towards our kitchen installation fund. Well done to everyone.

Our Annual Halloween Disco will take place on Saturday 29th October starting at 4.00pm until around 6.00pm. There will be music, games for the children and a fancy dress parade with prizes for the winners. This year there will also be a bar for the adults. Refreshments will be on sale, hot dogs, sweets, crisps, soft drinks etc. This event is always popular and we hope it will be again this year. It looked like rain might meant we would have to retreat into the Community Centre, but we stuck it out, and the sun returned and we spent a pleasant afternoon on the Handford Street Park. We raised £103.41 towards the kitchen fund, Thank you for your support.

We will be holding a table top sale on Handford Street Park at 2.30pm until 5.00pm. If the weather is bad it will be inside at the Lonny Wilsoncroft Community Centre across the road. Tables cost £5.00 each, contact Mandy on 749272 to book in advance. Refreshments will be on sale. Face painting and other stalls.

Our next event is a line dancing night at the Community Centre on Stepping Lane. You do not have to be able to line dance, come along and have a go. There will be refreshments and a licensed bar available on the evening. So come along, have a laugh, meet new friends and have a go at something new and help us raise money for the kitchen installation.
